Two Birds...

Two birds… in a nest.
One bird seeks to fly,
Even beyond the sky,
There time doesn’t flow,
And life smiles bright,
Beyond the shadows of death.
The desires of earth and heaven,
Formless and limitless,
Blossom in one bunch.
The other bird has no desire,
Either to fly or to cross the horizon,
The love of its little ones,
Ties it to the nest.
Yet how these two birds,
Inhabit the same nest?
What strange love,Binds their hearts?
One bird seeks to fly,
Even beyond the sky,
There time doesn’t flow,
And life smiles bright,
Beyond the shadows of death.
The desires of earth and heaven,
Formless and limitless,
Blossom in one bunch.
The other bird has no desire,
Either to fly or to cross the horizon,
The love of its little ones,
Ties it to the nest.
Yet how these two birds,
Inhabit the same nest?
What strange love,Binds their hearts?
